“Seattle’s Coolest Dentists” is a paid-placement (advertising) directory that lets dental clinics purchase a ranked listing. This policy explains what data we handle when you use the site or submit a listing.

2. Information we collect

Listing details you provide: clinic/dentist name, tagline, website URL, email, neighborhood, and an optional logo/photo URL and badge.
Payment: processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we retain only a payment reference, amount, and status.
Technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP address) used for security and rate-limiting.

3. How we use it

To publish and rank your listing on the public leaderboard.
To send payment receipts and contact you about your listing.
To prevent abuse, fraud, and spam.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Their processing is subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it before completing a payment.

5. Cookies

The public site does not require login cookies. The private admin area uses a single, HTTP-only session cookie strictly to keep an administrator signed in.

6. Retention and removal

Listings remain until removed. To update or remove your listing and associated data, contact us at the address below.
